We’re just the caterers for you!

If you're the laid back type who wants nothing more than a great Alaskan barbeque at an outdoor remote location, we're just the caterers for you! We are equipped with a 9' trailer grill with deep fryer capabilities, so having Cheeseburgers and fresh Beer Battered Halibut in Hope is not out of the question.

If you prefer to keep the mosquitoes off the guest list and stay out of the cold, we can cater your indoor event as well. If it's an informal business lunch, we can arrive at your office with fresh made deli platters. If it's a grand affair, then we can set up our 18' buffet line with servers, creating the fine dining atmosphere you desire.
